Role and Responsibilities
The AscendWorks Account Executive is a results-oriented person who knows how to connect through building trust. You represent the brand of AscendWorks and approach prospective customers with professionalism, care and a unique approach. Here are the responsibilities:
- Prospect with companies seeking to grow their business and their people
- Manage the proposal process for strategic engagements
- Understand the value offering of each AscendWorks service
- Sell solutions
- Manage the sales process through our AscendWorks CRM system
- Grow the AscendWorks CRM database with prospective buyers
- Master the high trust selling approach which AscendWorks coaches on and apply it to your own approach
- Develop your personal growth
