Role and Responsibilities
An AscendWorks Business Coach works with our clients to deliver coaching modules and lead the client to action and decision making. We provide a framework of modules which must be mastered. There is both art and science to our approach. Responsibilities include:
- Prescribing specific next steps through coaching modules.
- Mastering the AscendWorks coaching modules.
- Capturing all communications in the AscendWorks customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Working with the management team to strategize weekly to grow opportunities.
- Managing the customer experience to help the client think, act and decide on their success steps.
- Leading the client through strategic planning.
- Refine the ongoing methodology of the AscendWorks coaching approach.
