Cloud System Subscriptions

Cloud computing outsources the hassles of IT in your business. Maintenance, upgrades, data continuity, security and access is all managed via a cloud systems provider. These providers will bill you based on a subscription model.

Your cloud system will have the following major systems and their estimated subscription fees:

Cloud Email System: Free. For above 50 users or to have a robust data archiving system for compliance, it is $50/user/year.

Cloud Document Management System: $20/user/month.

Salesforce.com Workflow Management System: $65/user/month paid quarterly.

These subscriptions will be billed to you directly by the cloud systems provider.
